How I work

My primary goal is to provide you with the upmost support and guidance while building a trusting relationship where you feel comfortable. I will be by your side every step of the way, offering evidence-based guidance. I strongly believe in educating and advising to help you establish lifelong good sleep habits.

At the time Florence started with us we are exhausted from feeding and interrupted sleep. Florence suggested that we put a routine in place, she devised a routine for us which worked wonders to get our twin babies feeding and sleeping properly
Florence has a relaxed and easy-going personality and a very caring nature. All of are children love her, and she always has time to play and chat with each of them. A good natured, personality and natural ability to get on with people allowed her to seamlessly fit into our household.

Follow up support is then available via email, phone and WhatsApp.
